This system uses a plunger hydraulic pump with balance valves to control the lifting and lowering of Hydraulic Cylinders, ensuring synchronization and preventing hydraulic impact. It features pressure and displacement sensors to monitor load weight and lifting height in real time. The electric control system, powered by PLC, continuously adjusts displacement errors to maintain synchronization, based on sensor data and commands from the master control station. The system also ensures safe operation, preventing free fall in case of power failure.
